What is your current role at smzh? Has it changed since you started?

My current role is in «Young Talents & People Operations» within the «People, Culture & Recruiting» department. However, I initially started in «Account Management & Advisory Support».

How long have you been working for smzh?

I have been working for smzh for 2.5 years now.

What does a typical workday look like?

A typical day usually involves handling personnel administration tasks, conducting interviews, and supporting our Deputy CEO. As a vocational trainer, I am in daily contact with our apprentices, guiding them in their development. At the same time, I support the continuous development of our employees.

What do you particularly like about your job?

I enjoy being the link between management and the employees, representing both their interests.

What makes smzh an special employer?

Definitely the support and promotion of its employees.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy reading books, doing endurance sports and Pilates.

What are your biggest dreams?

To live a healthy, successful, and fulfilling life.

Has your behavior regarding finances and retirement changed since working in this field?

Absolutely. I have gained more knowledge about finances and retirement planning, which I now apply to my personal finances.

What advice would you give to people your age about finances/retirement?

It's essential to start thinking about these topics early and plan for retirement.

What is your favorite sport? Do you practice it yourself?

My favorite sport is Tennis.

Do you have a book recommendation?

«Let Me Tell You a Story» by Jorge Bucay is a book everyone should read.

What is your favorite movie?

My favorite movie is «How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days», directed by Donald Petrie.

What music do you like to listen to?

I enjoy listening to Jazz and House music.

What do you do to unwind after work?

I like to spend time with friends and family or try out new recipes in the kitchen.
