To value your property, we must receive the following documents:

  • Extract from the land register
  • Condominium regulations
  • Annual financial statement of the condominium proprietorship (optional)
  • Building insurance certificate incl. building volume
  • Floor plans with measurements incl. data on number of rooms, bathrooms, heat distribution, parking, and other special features (fireplace, swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc.)
  • Pictures of the property from the inside and outside as well as of the in-house technology
  • Overview of prior investments (if applicable)
  • Extract from the land register
  • Building insurance certificate incl. building volume
  • Floor plans with measurements incl. data on number of rooms, bathrooms, heat distribution, parking, and other special features (fireplace, swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc.)
  • Pictures of the property from the inside and outside as well as of the in-house technology
  • Overview of prior investments (if applicable)
  • Extract from the land register
  • Building insurance certificate incl. building volume
