The independent financial services provider smzh ag appoints Peter Siber as Deputy CEO and strengthens its management team with Pren Pervorfi and Rafael Szucs. In addition, the Key Clients & Corporates and Real Estate Advisory divisions will be created and the Advisory Board will be expanded with Stefan Schärer.

Decisive course for future optimizations

After three successful years as COO, Peter Siber will take over as Deputy CEO on March 1, 2024. Peter Siber has made a significant contribution to the expansion and positive business development of smzh ag and will head the Risk Management and Corporate Services divisions in his new role.

He will be succeeded as COO by Pren Pervorfi, who joins smzh ag as a partner. In Pren Pervorfi, smzh ag has gained a proven expert in the field of digital transformation. «We are delighted to have Pren Pervorfi as our new Chief Operating Officer at smzh ag. His impressive track record, extensive expertise and experience in digital transformation and the development of innovative platforms at leading private banks in Switzerland will play a key role in making us a pioneer in innovation and client experience in Switzerland,» says Gzim Hasani.

New Key Clients & Corporates division

Rafael Szucs joins the extended management team as Head of Key Clients & Corporates. "Rafael Szucs will make a significant contribution to our success thanks to his many years of entrepreneurial financing experience in the corporate client segment. He is ideally equipped to competently meet the complex needs of this specific client group and create sustainable added value," says Gzim Hasani.

Expertise in the digital real estate sector

With Stefan Schärer, founder and CEO of Houzy AG, Neubau Portal AG and former CEO of Immoscout24, smzh ag is gaining a prominent addition to its Advisory Board. Stefan Schärer is a former national handball player and current president of the Swiss Ice Hockey Association. Real Estate Advisory area of expertise

smzh ag is also pooling its in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in real estate consulting on the topics of strategy, sustainability, financing, profitability, planning and development in the Real Estate Advisory division. «Our experts specialize in understanding the individual requirements of our clients, identifying hidden potential and realizing it,» explains Gzim Hasani.

Expansion: New locations
