My current role is Team Leaderat smzh Lucerne, and I am a member of the management team. I advise both private and corporate clients.

I have been with smzh for almost four years.
What does a typical workday look like?
As a Team Leader, my typical workday is characterized by leading and supporting my team, monitoring customer service, and ensuring effective customer care. Furthermore, I actively manage my own client portfolio.
What do you like most about your job?
The opportunity to manage my own schedule and collaboratively find tailored solutions for my clients allows me to strengthen long-term customer loyalty and trust.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I am married and the father of a newborn. We enjoy spending time as a family of three and, of course, having lovely evenings with family and friends over dinner.
What advice do you give to peers on the topic of finances/planning?
It is essential to cultivate an early awareness of financial matters and planning. This includes understanding saving, investments, and budgeting. It is also advisable to research various forms of retirement planning early on and, if possible, start building wealth.
What is your favorite sport? And do you play sports yourself?
My favorite sport is soccer. I was actively involved for almost 15 years but had to stop due to a cruciate ligament injury. Additionally, I am a skilled table tennis player who was active in the club for many years.
