What is your current role at smzh? Has it changed yet?
I currently work at smzh as a customer advisor. The position itself remains the same, but I strive to gradually take on more responsibility so that newer colleagues can learn from my experiences.
How long have you been working for smzh?
I have been working for smzh for a little over a year now.
What does a typical working day look like?
I appreciate the versatility of my work and look forward to facing new and unexpected challenges every day. Direct customer contact is particularly important to me. Each customer brings different wishes and needs, which makes the work interesting and varied.
What do you particularly like about your job?
I enjoy working in a team and value daily contact with different people. Through my work, I continuously meet new and diverse personalities, knowing that they can benefit from our services in various life situations.
What sets smzh apart as an employer?
At smzh, we actively move forward and do not stand still. Through regular communication with employees, management is always striving to consider individual concerns and ideas. Employees see themselves as part of a shared development process and therefore grow personally with the company.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I am passionate about being on the soccer field, whether as a player or as a spectator at FC Dagmersellen. I also love to travel and explore the world. Additionally, I enjoy spending time with friends and occasionally experiencing the nightlife.
What are your biggest dreams?
One of my biggest dreams is to start a family and provide my children with a fulfilling life. I dream of a beautiful home with a green garden and a loyal dog by our side.
Has your behavior regarding finances and provision changed since you started working in this area?
With my banking background, I gained early insights into these topics. At smzh, I was able to deepen my knowledge and benefit from independent advice, which helped me optimize my own financial matters.
What advice would you give your peers on the subject of finance/provision?
I advise everyone to start thinking about these important topics early on and to adopt a long-term investment horizon. Small amounts can yield significant results over time, so it's never too early to start.
What is your favorite sport? And do you do sport yourself?
My favorite sport is soccer. I am actively involved in the club and also enjoy watching soccer as a fan. Additionally, I am interested in martial arts, but more as a spectator than as an active participant.

I am Zlatan Ibrahimovic – the biography of soccer legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
What is your favorite movie?
Scarface directed by Brian De Palma - In my opinion, Al Pacino played the role of Tony Montana perfectly. It's a very exciting and gripping film.
What music do you like to listen to?
I mostly listen to hip-hop and R&B. Occasionally, you'll also find house music and relaxed techno in my playlist.
What do you do to unwind after work?
Soccer training helps me unwind and clear my mind. It's important to have a healthy balance, and I also enjoy spending cozy evenings with friends, whether outdoors in summer or indoors watching TV in winter.
