What is your current role at smzh? Has it changed?    
I started as a Junior Customer Advisor at smzh ag, and now, for the past few weeks, I've been a Senior Customer Advisor.   

How long have you been working for smzh?   
I've been with the company since August 2023.

What does a typical workday look like?    

A typical workday is quite diverse. I'm usually in the office early in the morning, making calls to plan my week ahead. In between, I also address any pending emails. The afternoon is when I usually engage with clients to discuss and implement all the important topics currently at hand. Depending on the situation, each day can be somewhat different, so there's a lot of variety in my daily work routine. 

What do you particularly enjoy about your job?  

I especially appreciate the direct interaction with clients and the opportunity to support people in all aspects of life through our services, especially when they lack financial expertise. 

What sets smzh apart as an employer?

smzh ag is an extremely employee-friendly company. The flexible work environment and hours offer great opportunities. 

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy playing football or spending time outdoors with my friends and family. 

What are your biggest dreams?  

My biggest dream is to be happy throughout my life and, depending on time and conscience, to embark on a world trip.

Has your approach to finances and retirement changed since working in this field? 
Yes, in every aspect. I now pay more attention to my own expenses. It's important to me to have enough saved for retirement and not have to pinch pennies to make ends meet.   

What advice do you have for peers regarding finances/retirement?
I recommend that everyone take the time to delve into this topic intensively at least once to understand its significance and challenges, especially concerning retirement planning.  

What is your favorite sport? Do you play sports yourself?   
My favorite sport is football. However, I haven't played for about 2 years now. Before that, I played football for about 16 years.  

Do you have a book recommendation?  
«The Alchemist»  by Paulo Coelho.

What is your favorite movie?   

I don't have a single favorite movie, but I was fascinated by «The Beach» directed by Danny Boyle, starring Leonardo DiCaprio. 

What type of music do you enjoy listening to?   

I listen to a lot of Hip-Hop, R&B, House, and sometimes Jazz.

What do you do to unwind after work?    

I listen to music, hang out with friends, or just relax at home.
