Outstanding Performances at the Figure Skating World Championships in Montreal
We are overwhelmed by the outstanding performances of Kimmy Repond and Lukas Britschgi at this year's Figure Skating World Championships in Montreal. Both not only embody our values in their dedication and motivation but also set new standards for Swiss figure skating.
The 17-year-old Kimmy Repond showcased her personal best in Montreal and proved herself among the world's elite! While her performance in the short program on Wednesday was only average, she delivered an outstanding performance in the free skate, securing an impressive 4th place. She finished in an excellent 5th place overall.
Lukas Britschgi, the 26-year-old from Schaffhausen, achieved a remarkable 6th place. With his personal best in both the short program and free skate, he accumulated a total of 274.09 points. He was even in 5th place after the short program. We are incredibly proud that he demonstrated his best performances of his career so far.
We congratulate both of them on their outstanding achievements and look forward to continuing to support the top athletes on their journey.
